Cascia Parent Faculty Association Events & Programs

Class Brown Bags
All parents are invited to attend monthly “Brown Bag” meetings scheduled for each grade level. These meetings help parents stay informed about the academic schedule and all activities/events. It’s a great way to meet other parents.

Back to School Faculty & Teacher Appreciation Luncheons
CPFA volunteers host an annual Back-To-School luncheon as a way to give thanks to the faculty and staff for their dedication to the school and their hard work that benefits all Cascia students. CPFA volunteers also provide numerous treats throughout the school year for faculty and staff, and host a Teacher Appreciation Luncheon every Spring, usually on Valentine's Day.

Ladies Tennis Tournament
Ladies of the Cascia Community and friends of the Tulsa Community are invited to participate in this ever-popular Cascia tradition. Breakfast and lunch are part of a fun day of tennis on Cascia’s beautiful tennis courts.

Make-A-Difference Day
Cascia students, under the guidance of Cascia’s staff and parent volunteers, can be a part of a very worthwhile community project. This project is planned in conjunction with the National Make-A-Difference Day each year in October.

Middle School Tailgate Party
This fun fall event centers on an evening of football games when grades 6-9 host their opponents. Many in the Cascia Community enjoy lots of football, along with activities and great food.

Communion Breakfast
We invite the entire Cascia Community for Sunday Mass in St. Rita of Cascia Chapel and Breakfast in the Dining Hall. What a wonderful opportunity for families to share in prayer and fellowship. This occasion is generally held in early November…a perfect time to give thanks for the many blessings of our school and the families at Cascia.

Baccalaureate Dinner
CPFA hosts a fabulous dinner for graduating seniors and their families, following the traditional Baccalaureate Ceremony in May each year. This evening is such a memorable time for the senior class. The “Senior Boards” are a background during the evening that gives everyone an opportunity to reminisce.

8th Grade Recognition
Volunteers from each year’s 7th grade class, plan and host a reception to honor the students completing their Middle School experience at Cascia Hall. The 8th grade recognition is held in May with a program in St Rita’s Chapel followed by a reception for 8th grade honorees and their families in the Dining Hall.

Graduation Reception
CPFA volunteers for the Graduation reception provide refreshments for celebrating seniors, friends, and families following the graduation ceremonies. Cascia’s traditional ceremony, in front of St. Rita’s Chapel has been a memorable evening for the seniors and their friends and families for many years!
