Planned Giving

Whatever your reason for giving, choose the method that best suits your circumstances. Fortunately, you have many valuable options. You can make an outright gift that ensures a current tax deduction and allows us to use the gift now for our pressing needs. Or, you can give Cascia Hall Preparatory School a deferred gift for our ultimate use, which may provide tax and other benefits.

To help you decide what type of planned giving is right for you, we've made a comprehensive guide to planned giving available to you online.

About the Foundation

Step into Cascia Hall and you’ve crossed the threshold of a centuries-old tradition of teaching. “We’ve had a little practice,” smiles headmaster Rev. Bernard Scianna, an Augustinian priest who proudly refers to the 4th century beginnings of the Augustinian curriculum still being taught at Cascia today.

This educational treasure, nestled in the trees on Yorktown Avenue, has long been recognized as a college preparatory gem. Today, while Cascia could contentedly rest on its laurels, instead its mantra is “Always make progress.” The classical approach to education thrives here because, says Scianna, “Exceptional schools look forward.”

That’s why the school established The Cascia Hall Foundation in 1999. Now, with an ambitious $10 million goal, Cascia’s forward-thinking plan is materializing. The vision’s intent is to guarantee not just a continuation of past success, but also enhanced educational opportunities in the future. Cascia family, friends, and alumni can name endowment funds for financial-aid scholarships, academic chairs and departments, sports, and other extracurricular activities–even campus beautification.

The long-term success of realizing this vision depends on those who connect their values to it. If you look closely at the patch worn on each student’s blazer, three words there clearly explain those values–truth, unity, charity.

“We challenge students to find truths in the world through studies. We are bound to each other as a family, and our students contribute to others to learn the act of charity.” By building that philosophy into the academic, social, athletic, service, and extracurricular programs, graduates are wonderful composites of faith, friendship, and community. As this Tulsa school prepares its graduates to meet their futures, it wisely continues to plan for its own. That is the Cascia experience–to excel and go forward. “Cascia is a way of life that stays with you.” says Scianna.

Building the endowment will insure that our Cascia Community values will survive well into the future.
