Students should attend one session of Chromebook Boot Camp. Students will understand myCascia and Google Drive, learn how to manage Google folders, and practice creating Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Students will also set up their student Google Calendar.
Cascia Hall has partnered with Smart Tuition to process and collect tuition and fees. If you have not enrolled in Smart Tuition, please contact Paula Baughn at email@example.com for more information.
Beginning with the 2015-16 school year, Cascia Hall implemented a 1:1 Initiative which requires all students to purchase a Chromebook to use on a daily basis in class.
Our technology department has been notified that, due to the COVID-19, some Chromebooks have a lead time of 4-5 months and some are not shipping until January. If you need to purchase a Chromebook for the 2020-21 school year, we recommend that you order it as soon as possible.

The Middle School introduces sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students to the heritage of the highly successful, traditional, liberal arts curriculum of Cascia Hall. The Middle School builds upon skills acquired in previous learning experiences and provides a foundation for future success. In keeping with the Augustinian mission to nurture the whole person, the Middle School provides a unique learning environment where students can mature, achieve success, be challenged with an appropriate curriculum, and develop their problem solving and critical thinking abilities. The Middle School also emphasizes the attitudes required to master the intellectual and social skills necessary for academic success. In particular, the administration, faculty, and staff strive to help each student develop self-motivation, self-discipline, and self-responsibility for learning, pride and self-confidence, appreciation for diverse views and ideas, and respect for others.
Students begin the school year in relaxed dress and will begin wearing blazers in early October. Please note that you will need a blazer for school pictures in August. If you have not purchased your blazer at that time, you can borrow one from the school. You can purchase a patch for your blazer in the Commando Bookstore.
Students and teachers will be lining the sidewalk holding signs, ringing cowbells, playing music, and making as much noise as possible to welcome your student! The building opens at 7:20 am so please bring your students to the entrance off Yorktown Avenue anytime after 7:20 am and pull around to the front doors of the Middle School.
