Sports Physicals
SAVE THE DATE - SPORTS PHYSICALS
Thursday, May 16, 2019, 5:30 – 7:00 pm
The Athletic Department will offer on-campus physicals for all Cascia Hall Middle School and Upper School athletes. This will be a complete physical offered by Tulsa Bone and Joint and will serve as your required physical for all sports participation for 2019-2020. Check in at the Upper School Gym. The cost will be $20.
