Freshman Back-to-School Information

Parents of Freshmen,

Mark your calendars for several events you won't want to miss!  There are a couple of evenings for the parents to catch up or meet new faces, as well as some fun events for our students.  Please check out the list below so you can get your calendar organized before the busy school year begins.  

 

Tuesday, August 6, 5:30 pm is Upper School New Parent Night, hosted by Kathy Pixley at 4511 S. Columbia Ave. in Tulsa. This is for anyone new to Cascia, as well as any parents continuing from the Middle School.  Kathy will give us all the inside scoop for starting high school.  This event is for parents only.

 

Thursday, August 8, 9:00 am is the Freshmen Mixer.  Drop your student off at Cascia to meet their mentor and have a fun day at Main Event.  The event is for students only.

 

Wednesday, August 14, 7:00 am is the Freshmen Back to School Breakfast, AND it's the first day of high school for our kiddos!!  Young ladies will meet at the Hornbrook's home for breakfast and will then be shuttled over to the campus to walk into school together.  Young men will be hosted at the Lai's home for breakfast and will walk over to the campus together.  Please keep a close eye for exact details with addresses and a sign up for food and drivers.  

 

Wednesday, August 21, 5:30 pm is the Upper School Back to School Night.  Immediately following, there will be a social for parents only at Polo Grill in Utica Square.  More details will be sent out as the date approaches.
