Middle School Art Teacher is Featured Local Artist
A new art exhibit is now open at Tulsa International Airport that features the work of three local artists one of whom is Middle School art teacher, Ariana Jakub Brandes.
The exhibits, titled “Tulsa Artist Series," will be on display until January 2021 in the Concourse A waiting area, located pre-security.
Ariana Jakub's exhibit, "From Trenton to Tulsa," includes a painting titled "Departure" that is made with wine on watercolor paper, and bud vases that are ceramic with natural objects collected by the artist.
