  • Chromebook Boot Camp (Parents)

    Parents who are new to Cascia Hall may watch our video tutorial to get a basic understanding of myCASCIA and Google Docs.

  • Chromebook Boot Camp (for students)

    Each new student MUST register for one session of boot camp.
    • Monday, August 3 from 1:00-3:00pm
    • Tuesday, August 4th from 9:00am-11:00am
    • Wednesday, August 5th from 9:00am-11:00am

  • Complete Course Selection Forms

    Course selection forms are now available for all new students entering grades 7 and up. New 6th grade students do NOT complete a course selection form. 

    If your child is entering grades 7 or 8, please complete the correct form below and submit it to the MS office. For any questions or if you are unable to drop the forms off in person, please email them to Mrs. Sullivan at nsullivan@casciahall.com. 

  • Complete Medical Forms

    Incoming students need to submit the following medical information to the MS Office by August 1:
    1. A physical within the last year
    2. Immunization records

  • Dining Hall

    The dining hall has food available for purchase at break and lunch. Any purchases are charged to the student's account. No cash is accepted. Students are also welcome to bring their own lunch.

  • PE Uniforms

    Students enrolled in PE must wear appropriate attire, which includes a Cascia Hall t-shirt, athletic-length shorts, and athletic shoes. 

  • Placement Testing

    If a math placement exam and/or World Language placement test is needed, you will be contacted. Please mark these dates on your calendar for placement testing.  Your child will only need to be present for one of the placement testing dates per subject. 

    Math
    • Friday, May 22 at 9am
    • Monday, June 15 at 9am
    World Language
    • Wednesday, May 27 at 9am
    • Thursday, July 23 at 9am
    • Thursday, August 6 at 1pm

    Beginning with the 2015-16 school year, Cascia Hall implemented a 1:1 Initiative which requires all students to purchase a Chromebook to use on a daily basis in class.

    We also strongly suggest purchasing a protection plan warranty through SquareTrade Warranty.

  • Set Up myCASCIA Account

    Cascia student emails will be available beginning June 3.

    To log in to your Cascia-provided email, please go to     http://mail.google.com and use the following information. You will not create a new account.

     
    Your initial password will be Casciatemporary1. (the last digit is the number 1)

    You must change this password upon logging in the first time.  Please select a sentence with proper punctuation: ex. My mom is Nancy. Write down the password at home where you can look it up if you forget it!  
     
    *Please note you must connect your chromebook to your home network and log in with your Cascia email credentials prior to Chromebook Boot Camp.

  • Summer Reading Assignments

    All grades have a required summer reading assignment to complete before the first day of school. These assignments are available HERE.

  • Weekly Bulletins

    Parents of incoming students should start receiving the weekly Bulletins sometime this summer directly from Cascia Hall. If you do not receive the Bulletins, please contact Sara Kleinecke at skleinecke@casciahall.com.

  • Cell Phone Policy

    After significant research, consultation with experts, and discussion among faculty and administrators, Cascia Hall will be implementing the following policy regarding cell phones beginning in the 2026-27 school year.

    CASCIA HALL SCHOOL WIDE CELL PHONE POLICY
    Cascia Hall students may not use any devices other than their Chromebooks during the school day. This includes cell phones, earbuds/headphones, smartwatches, smartglasses, and other peripheral devices. All devices other than Chromebooks need to be powered off and remain in a locker or placed in a backpack. Violating this rule will result in an infraction and confiscation of the device for the day. Repeated violations will result in further consequences. 

  • Dress Code

    Students begin the school year in relaxed dress and will begin wearing blazers in early October. Please note that you will need a blazer for school pictures in August. If you have not purchased your blazer at that time, you can borrow one from the school. You can purchase a patch for your blazer in the Commando Bookstore.

    Detailed information on appearance and attire is available in the 2026-27 Dress Code. 

    Uniform items can be purchased at C&J/A-Plus Uniforms, Tommy Hilfiger, the online spirit store, or the Commando Bookstore.

    The Cascia Parent Faculty Association (CPFA) will host a Uniform Swap from 10am-1pm & 6:30-8pm on June 2nd. During this swap, you can come "shop" for uniform items such as skirts, polos, sweatshirts, and more. Items to take home are FREE, and you do not need to donate items to participate. More details will be shared in emails and on social media as we lead up to the event.

  • Middle School Tie-Dye Day

    This event is for all incoming Middle School students to get to know their peers, play games, and tie-dye some t-shirts! Don't forget to wear clothes that can get dirty/stained.

    6th grade will be from 9:00-10:00am 

    New 7th and 8th graders will be from 10:30-11:30am

  • World Language Placement Test

    If a World Language placement test is needed, you will be contacted.
