  • Chromebook Boot Camp (Parents)

    Parents that are new to Cascia Hall may watch our video tutorial to get a basic understanding of myCASCIA and Google Docs.

  • Cascia Link Crew (CLC)

    All incoming freshmen will be assigned to a CLC group. Each CLC group is led by two upperclassmen that are responsible for welcoming your student to our school community.
    • CLC leaders will be given student cell numbers which are requested on their enrollment form and will contact your student towards the end of the summer.
    • CLC leaders will organize events throughout the school year to make sure they are connected with the school and their classmates as well as answer any questions.
    • CLC leaders will be your student's contact for all things related to Cascia Hall. 

  • Chomebook Boot Camp (for students)

    Each new student MUST register for one session of boot camp.
    • Friday, August 7th from 9:00-10:30am
    • Friday, August 7th from 1:00-2:30pm
    A registration link will be available at a later time.

  • Complete Course Selection Form

    New students must fill out a Course Selection Sheet. Course selection forms will be available later in the spring and due in April.

  • Complete Medical Forms

    Incoming students need to submit the following medical information to the US Office by August 1:
    1. A physical within the last year*
    2. Immunization records

  • Dining Hall

    The dining hall has food available for purchase at break and lunch. Any purchases are charged to the student's account. No cash is accepted. Students are also welcome to bring their own lunch.

  • English Enrichment Course

    A limited number of spaces will be available for an English enrichment and orientation course that will run July 27-August 5 (the group will NOT meet on Friday, July 31). Students enrolled in the course will review basic grammar and writing skills in addition to gaining familiarity with new concepts and formats that will be useful to them as they enter the English 9 course in the Upper School.  

  • Placement Testing

    If an Algebra proficiency exam and/or World Language placement test is needed, you will be contacted. Please mark these dates on your calendar for placement testing. If you are contacted for a placement test, your child only needs to be present on one date for each type of placement exam.

    Algebra
    • Monday, June 15 at 9am
    • Tuesday, July 14 at 9am

    World Language
    • Wednesday, May 27 at 9am
    • Thursday, July 23 at 9am
    • Thursday, August 6 at 1pm

  • Purchase School Supplies

    Upper School students should bring a notebook and pens/pencils on the first day of school. Students will receive their class supply lists during the first week.

  • Purchase Your Chromebook

    Beginning with the 2015-16 school year, Cascia Hall implemented a 1:1 Initiative which requires all students to purchase a Chromebook to use on a daily basis in class.

    We also strongly suggest purchasing a protection plan warranty through SquareTrade Warranty.

  • Set Up myCASCIA account

    Cascia student emails will be available in mid-July.

    To log in to your Cascia provided email, please go to http://mail.google.com and use the following information. You will not create a new account.

     
    Your initial password will be Casciatemporary1. (the last digit is the number 1)

    You must change this password upon logging in the first time.  Please select a sentence with proper punctuation: ex. My mom is Nancy. Write down the password at home where you can look it up if you forget it! 
     
    *Please note you must connect your chromebook to your home network and log in with your Cascia email credentials prior to the Chromebook Boot Camp in August.
     

  • Sign Up For Weekly Bulletins

    Parents of incoming students should start receiving the weekly bulletins after July 1. If you do not receive the bulletins, please contact John Santee at jsantee@casciahall.com

  • Summer Reading Assignments

    All grades have a required summer reading assignment to complete before the first day of school. These assignments will be available before the last day of the 2025-26 school year.

  • Caritas Connection

    In keeping with the Augustinian core values of Truth, Unity, and Love, members of the Cascia Hall community respond to the call to service. Christian Service is a concrete way to put faith into practice. In addition to classroom work, service hours are a graduation requirement and all students participate in the Christian Service program/the Caritas Connection.

  • Dress code

    Students begin the school year in relaxed dress and will begin wearing blazers in early October. Please note that you will need a blazer for school pictures in August. If you have not purchased your blazer at that time, you can borrow one from the school. You can purchase a patch for your blazer in the Commando Bookstore.

    Detailed information on appearance and attire is available in the Dress Code. The Dress Code for the 2026-27 school year will be available at a later date. For your reference, you can view the 2025-26 Dress Code. 

    Uniform items can be purchased at C&J/A-Plus Uniforms, Tommy Hilfiger, or the Commando Bookstore.

  • Inside Cascia

    Calling all new students, 6th-11th grade and all rising 9th-grade students (yes - even current 8th-grade Cascia students)! We invite you to a fun-filled evening where you will have your first opportunity to meet your new class for next year and learn important information about life at Cascia Hall.

  • New Parent Meet & Greet

    Join current and new parents at New Parent Meet & Greet hosted by the Cascia Parent Faculty Association (CPFA). While your student make new friends at Inside Cascia from 5:30-7pm on April 22, we welcome you to make connections of your own and learn about opportunities to get plugged in at Cascia Hall.
     
    Parents will gather in the brick courtyard outside the main entrance of the school (across from the chapel).

  • World Language Placement Test

    If a World Language placement test is needed, you will be contacted.

    All incoming freshmen and new Upper School students are invited to attend the Upper School Summer Social, designed to help you meet classmates and start making connections. Enjoy music bingo, games, and time to mingle while getting to know others in your class. Join us and start the year feeling connected and confident.
