Graduation Pictures by Ervin Photography

Dear Cascia Hall Families,

What a fabulous year we've had with you and your seniors! We are delighted to finish up the year with photographic coverage of your entire graduation evening. We are shooting portraits of the graduates and their families before graduation. Three shooting stations are available on Signup Genius. We will automatically photograph all the graduates prior to the ceremony. They do not need to schedule. If you do not get a chance to sign up, just come to the cafeteria and get in line and we'll get your family photographed. Please know that this signup is "suggested times" and not exact. So, these time slots are basically holding a time slot for your family but could vary by a few minutes.  Your graduates are to be in the Dining Hall no later than 5:00 pm on the day of graduation.

Signup Genius Instructions:  In the 'COMMENT" space please put any special needs that would be important for us to know, and add # of family members total. We will photograph any subgroups that you want...Mom & Dad with graduate, add in siblings, add in grandparents, add in extended family. No limit to the number of poses! Did I mention this is a FREE service? We will email and text a link to all of your images after commencement.

In addition to the family portraits, we are also photographing them as they process in, all awards, receiving their diplomas, and the class group picture. All of these will be available to you. 

Don't let this free opportunity get by without signing up for family portraits. It's a milestone occasion, everyone is present, dressed up and you just have to walk a few steps to make it happen. Please come in the back door facing west, by the parking lot.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOOT WITH YOUR OWN CAMERAS OR IPHONES! It sets off our portrait lights and hold us up. We have a lot of families to photograph and very little time to do it.
