Attention 8th Grade Parents

The 8th Grade trip to Silver Dollar City is just one month away - Friday, May 4th!   This is guaranteed to be a memorable event and a great way to celebrate the end of middle school.  All participants must be in the Cascia Hall middle school parking lot no later than 5:45 am. Buses will depart promptly at 6:00 am and return at 11:30pm.
Please plan on eating breakfast prior to departure.  Lunch and dinner will be provided along with water and light snacks for the bus ride.  However, feel free to bring additional snacks to enjoy.
 
Fourteen chaperones will be attending.   We had over 25 parents volunteer to help.  THANK YOU!!   We were required to narrow down the list and, in order to make it fair, we drew from a hat.  Those who are volunteering have been notified.  If you’d still like to help, we are looking for water and snack donations for the bus ride.  You may drop donations off anytime between now and May 3 to the Sipes or Lobato home.  Please let us know if you would like to donate.  
 
MOST IMPORTANTLY!!!  Attached you will find three form: Medical Release, Trip Guidelines and Trip Itinerary.  Signed forms and payment must be turned into the Middle School office no later than Monday, April 16.    We need every student to return the trip guidelines form even if he/she is unable to attend.  We did our best to keep out-of-pocket expenses for this trip to a minimum, and the CPFA graciously donated funds to help.
