Roger Carter Endowed Scholarship Fund Established

Dear Cascia Hall Community,

As you know, our beloved Headmaster Roger Carter will be leaving Cascia Hall at the end of his eight year term as headmaster on June 30. In consideration for his many years of service to the Catholic education community in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with over 28 of those years at Cascia Hall, an endowed scholarship will be established at Cascia Hall Preparatory School to honor him. The goal will be to raise $100,000 for the Roger Carter Endowed Scholarship Fund.
The Cascia Hall Alumni Association has made a gift of $10,000 to start the effort to raise funds for the scholarship to honor what many believe was Coach Carter’s greatest legacy during his time as headmaster – the increase in diversity of the student body at Cascia Hall.

Recipients of the scholarship will be selected by the Tuition Assistance committee. Criteria will be based on the following:
A student which applies himself/herself to academics, demonstrates good citizenship, participates in school extracurricular activities, and adds to the diversity of the school by race, culture, socioeconomic stratum, or in other ways.

Donations to the Roger Carter Endowed Scholarship Fund may be made by check payable to Cascia Hall Preparatory School and sent to:
