Dress Code Message from Dean of Students
Attention parents and students:
In light of our administrative team’s reinvigorated commitment to dress code enforcement for the upcoming school year, we have received many questions regarding the various aspects of our policy. Specifically, many have asked if a couple types of shoes that were very popular with students last year will be acceptable for students this year, despite the fact that such shoes do not meet the “leather” requirement as stated in the Student Handbook. This notice is being sent to announce that, after careful discussion, the administration has deemed canvas shoes such as those pictured below to be acceptable forms of dress for the upcoming year.
**NOTE: Pictures of canvas shoes that are comparable in design but not an exact match to the ones pictured can be emailed to Jared St. John; they will be considered for approval. Please contact Mr. St. John with any other dress code questions.
