Students Place in Art Contest
Senior Payton Wooster won first place in the Kristallnacht art contest and sophomore Kaylee Do received an Honorable Mention. This contest was sponsored by the Council for Holocaust Education. Nancy Petus of the Jewish Federation of Tulsa gave a presentation in art class about Kristallnacht "the night of broken glass," and students then illustrated their interpretation.
In the Middle School Division of the Kristallnacht Art Contest, Cascia had the following winners:
2nd Place - Ella Newhouse
3rd Place - Noelia Walker
Honorable Mention - Micah Sherman, Sydney Lehman, Ava Goldstein, Landon Nickel, Lydia Hoose, Sophie Vaughn, Payton Guillory, Kendyl Verner, and Claire Nelson
