Distance Learning Feedback - Week 1

Thank you, everyone, for your incredible efforts to make the best of this situation. The school has received excellent feedback from students, parents, faculty, etc. regarding its first week of distance learning. Following are some of those comments:
"Never could I imagine completing what you have in the time, scope and sequence you did"

“I am thankful for my colleagues that are willing to share ideas and possible ways that we can make things go smoother while not taking away from the feedback our students are used to receiving. I didn't know that students could upload homework as a PDF to the Assignment Center and that I could annotate it and grade it so they could see it. Now I know”

“I am very grateful to be a part of the Cascia Hall community!”

“So good to see the kids in a zoom meeting room. I think they enjoy seeing and hearing each other as well”

“While I’m sure we will go through some more challenging moments during this time, I think the setup helps support the kids beautifully”

"Even though it is sad not to be at school, never did I think I'd say I truly miss being AT school"

"My first two classes have been awesome, my students were anxious to talk and gather together"

"In today's lesson, you knocked it out of the park"

"Thank you for your hard work to ensure our kiddos can continue with their learning"

“My classes feel like we are getting in a groove, even though it has only been two days. The students have adapted well to all the new demands placed on them. I know that they are learning many new skills as well as new information”

“I have been doing google hangouts with all of my classes and it has worked very nicely. The kids seem to be in good spirits, ready to learn, and excited to have something to keep them busy”
