Graduation 2020 and Locker Cleanout

Dear Cascia Community,
I am happy to announce that, given our continued move into Phase III of our reopening in Tulsa County, we will be able to celebrate our graduation as planned on Saturday, June 20 at 10:00 am on the lawn before St. Rita Chapel! Graduation practice is scheduled for Thursday, June 18 at 11:30 am for one hour. As in previous years, inclement weather will necessitate a move into the PAC for graduation while keeping the same time. Seating is limited in the PAC, so tickets will be distributed to students for their immediate families at the time of the graduation practice.
Baccalaureate will be Thursday, June 18 at a location yet to be determined, followed by a reception at Cascia Hall in the gym lobby/gym. Due to space considerations as well as the continuing guidelines from the health department, Baccalaureate and the reception on campus are limited to immediate family only (parents and siblings). Academic medals and other recognitions will be available for distribution at this reception here at Cascia. Following the guidelines currently in force, social distancing will be maintained and anyone over 65 years of age or with any vulnerability is encouraged to stay home.
We truly look forward to gathering once more with our seniors to celebrate their accomplishments and to wish them the very best as they transition to the next stage in their lives. Further details will follow with specific instructions on practice and other considerations.
On another note, locker cleanout for all grades begins next week, June 8 through 10. Please adhere to the following schedule.
Monday, June 8,  8 - 11 am  6th grade
                              11:30 am - 1:30pm  9th grade.
Tuesday, June 9, 8 am - 11 am 7th grade
                               11:30 am - 1:30 pm  10th grade
Wednesday, June 10, 8 - 11 am 8th grade
                                    11:30 am - 1:30 pm  11th and 12th grades
If unable to meet this schedule, students may access their lockers on June 15. Anything left behind in lockers at the end of that day will be donated or discarded. We ask students to wear masks inside the building and to bring their own bags to collect their items.
Thank you for all your cooperation, and we look forward to seeing our seniors at the graduation practice.

Peace,
Fr. Philip
