Attention Junior Parents
Please remember to turn in your students' signed FERPA consent. Without this signed authorization, the college counseling office is unable to send transcripts, and letters of recommendation on the student's behalf.
A permission slip was included in your Junior Parent Night invitation. We would appreciate your signing the consent so that we do not have to delay the process of sending transcripts. If you need another copy, please contact Alex Jones in the College Counseling office 918-746-2603. Please return the form to the college counseling office by Friday, March 16, 2018.
